Alejandro Saravia is a Peruvian chef who was born in Lima Peru on June 13 1983 and has lived in Sydney Australia since 2006. He is the co-owner and Head Chef of South American fine dining restaurant Morena [1] in Surry Hills Sydney. Saravia studied marketing at university and worked as a brand manager before following his passion for food to train as a chef.
