Albert Santos Zambrano (born 6 April 1971 in Manila Philippines) is an award-winningarchitect painter sculptor urban planner and educator. He has a degree in architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
