Albannach is a restaurant in Trafalgar Square which specialises in Scottish food and whisky. Its name means scot or scottish in Gaelic. It was founded by a Glaswegian entrepreneur Niall Barnes in 2005.To celebrate their first Burns night the head chef John Paul McLachlan created a special haggis using the rare and expensive Balvenie malt whisky.
