Alan Douglas Campbell is a fictional character from the BBC Scotland soap opera Evergreen played by John Dyer. Alan was introduced as the previously mentioned son of established character Maureen Campbell on 15 October 2004. Having appeared as a semi-regular character since his first appearance Alan is also considered to be one of the show’s secondary villains mainly reappearing in his mother’s life to demand from her or con her out of her life savings.
