About this sound Adolf Schärf (born 20 April 1890 in Nikolsburg Margraviate of Moravia Austria-Hungary (today Mikulov Czech Republic); died 28 February 1965 in Vienna Austria) was from 1957 to his death the sixth President of Austria. Born into a poor working-class family he put himself through law school working part-time and with a scholarship granted for academic excellence.
