Acrokeratosis paraneoplastica of Bazex (also known as Acrokeratosis neoplastica and Bazex syndrome) is a cutaneous condition characterized by psoriasiform changes of hands feet ears and nose with involvement of the nails and periungual tissues being characteristic and indistinguishable from psoriatic nails.
