Abyss is a steel roller coaster located at the Adventure World amusement park in Perth Western Australia. The addition of a $12 million attraction was announced in April 2013 before construction began the following month. After six months of construction the ride opened to the general public on 1 November 2013.The ride is a Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter characterised by a beyond-vertical first drop and several inversions.
