Abdul Hai Neamati (or Nemati) was the first governor of Farah Province Afghanistan to be appointed following the 2001 fall of the Taliban. Abdul Hai was an ally of western Afghan powerbroker Ismail Khan and a member of the Jamiat-e Islami party.
