9960 Sekine is a main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun once every 3.26 years.Discovered on November 4 1991 by S. Otomo it was given the provisional name 1991 VE4. It was later renamed Sekine after Masumi Sekine the president of Ageo city’s astronomical society.
