(9939) 1988 VK is a main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun once every 3.25 years. It is associated with the Flora family of asteroids.Discovered on November 3 1988 by Takuo Kojima at the YGCO Chiyoda Station it was given the provisional designation 1988 VK.
