9927 Tyutchev is a main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun once every 3.30 years.Discovered on October 3 1981 by Lyudmila Karachkina at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory it was given the provisional designation 1981 TW1. It was later renamed Tyutchev after the Russian poet Fedor Ivanovich Tyutchev.
