96254 Hoyo (provisional designation: 1995 DT2) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Akimasa Nakamura at the Kuma Kogen Astronomical Observatory in Kumakōgen Ehime Prefecture Japan on February 27 1995. It is named after the Hōyo Strait between the Japanese islands of Kyūshū and Shikoku.
