9515 Dubner (provisional designation: 1975 RA2) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Mario R. Cesco from the Félix Aguilar Observatory at the Leoncito Astronomical Complex in Argentina on September 5 1975. It is named after Gloria Dubner a researcher at the Argentinian Institute of Radioastronomy and the Argentinian Institute of Astronomy and Physics.
