8932 Nagatomo is a main belt asteroid with an orbital period of 1833.7790350 days (5.02 years).The asteroid was discovered on January 6 1997 T. Kobayashi at Oizumi. It was named after Makoto Nagatomo (b. 1937) a pioneer in the field of electric propulsion.
