7163 Barenboim (provisional designation: 1984 DB) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Eleanor F. Helin and R. Scott Dunbar at the Palomar Observatory in San Diego County California on February 24 1984. It is named for Daniel Barenboim an Argentine-born pianist and music conductor.
