(69990) 1998 WU31 also written as (69990) 1998 WU31 is a TNO that resides in the Kuiper belt. It was discovered on November 18 1998 by Marc W. Buie at Kitt Peak National ObservatorySince it is in a 2:3 orbital resonance with the planet Neptune it has been classified as a plutino.
