6942 Yurigulyaev (1976 YB2) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on December 16 1976 by L. I. Chernykh at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory. The asteroid is named after Yuri Vasilyevich Gulyayev (b. 1935) is the director of the Institute of Radio-engineering and Electronics.
