58196 Ashleyess (provisional designation: 1992 EC1) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Duncan Steel at the Siding Spring Observatory in Canberra Australia on March 10 1992. It is named after Ashley Caroline Steel the discoverer’s youngest sister.
