51772 Sparker (provisional designation: 2001 MJ) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Ron Dyvig at the Badlands Observatory in Quinn South Dakota on June 16 2001. It is named after Steve Parker an American astronomer and director of the Hidden Valley Observatory near Rapid City South Dakota.
