5-Fluoro-α-methyltryptamine (5-Fluoro-αMT) is a tryptamine derivative. It is similar in structure to psychedelic tryptamines such as αMT and 5-MeO-αMT.5-Fluoro-αMT has been found to act as a potent and selective MAO-A inhibitor and also as a 5HT2A receptor agonist.
