4348 Poulydamas (1988 RU) is a Jupiter Trojan discovered on September 11 1988 by Carolyn S. Shoemaker at Palomar.Photometric observations of this asteroid during 1990 were used to build a light curve showing a rotation period of 9.908 ± 0.018 hours with a brightness variation of 0.21 ± 0.01 magnitude.
