35-Dihydroxybenzoic acid (α-resorcylic acid) is a dihydroxybenzoic acid. It is a metabolite of alkylresorcinols first identified in human urine and can be quantified in urine and plasma and may be an alternative equivalent biomarker of whole grain wheat intake.
