31028 Cerulli (provisional designation: 1996 HH1) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered at the Osservatorio San Vittore in Bologna Italy on April 18 1996. It is named after Vincenzo Cerulli an Italian astronomer of the 19th and 20th centuries.
