Chernykh at Nauchnyj.Quote from MPI 8543: Named in honor of Iosif Shklovsky 1916 — 1985 corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences professor at Moscow University and member of the staff at the Space Research Institute. A brilliant popularizar of astronomy he had also made substantial contributions to research of Solar corona Galactic radio emission and various cosmic objects.
