28107 Sapar (1998 SA13) is a main-belt asteroid with an orbital period of 1574.3727109 days (4.31 years). The asteroid was discovered by Lenka Kotková (née Šarounová) at Ondřejov Observatory on September 22 1998.It is named after the Estonian astrophysicist Arved-Ervin Sapar.
