25497 Brauerman (provisional designation: 1999 XV87) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research project in Socorro New Mexico on December 7 1999. It is named after Susan Brauerman an American educator in the Bronx region of New York City.
