25406 Debwysocki (provisional designation: 1999 VR32) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research project in Socorro New Mexico on November 3 1999. It is named after Deborah Wysocki an American educator in Doylestown Pennsylvania.
