25368 Gailcolwell (provisional designation: 1999 TQ96) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by the Lincoln Near-Earth Asteroid Research project in Socorro New Mexico United States on October 2 1999. It is named after Gail Colwell an American educator in The Woodlands Texas.
