21945 Kleshchonok (provisional designation: 1999 VL135) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station in Coconino County Arizona on November 13 1999. It is named after Valery Volodymyrovich Kleshchonok an astronomer at Kiev University in Kiev Ukraine.
