21775 Tsiganis (provisional designation: 1999 RC221) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth-Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station in Coconino County Arizona on September 5 1999. It is named after Kleomenis Tsiganis a scientist at the University of Thessaloniki.
