The 2014 season is St. Patrick’s Athletic F.C.’s 85th year in existence and is the Supersaint’s 63rd consecutive season in the top-flight of Irish football. It is the third year that Liam Buckley is the teams manager following replacing Pete Mahon in December 2011. The Saints finished the previous season as the 2013 champions and 2014 is their first season defending their 2013 crown.
