The 2014 season is the Houston Dash’s inaugural season as a professional women’s soccer team. As a new team to the National Women’s Soccer League United States’ top-flight women’s league the Dash will compete against eight other teams playing each at home and away at least once. The team is managed by two-time NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer Championship winning coach Randy Waldrum.
