The 2014 CONCACAF Under-20 Women’s Championship was the seventh edition of the CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship. The United States went into the tournament as defending champions and successfully retained their title.The tournament was hosted by the Cayman Islands from 9 to 19 January 2014.The top three teams qualified for the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Canada.
