The 2014 Carolina RailHawks U-23’s season will be the first season of competitive soccer for the club. The team will be playing in the South Atlantic Conference of the South Region of the National Premier Soccer League which is one of two fourth-division soccer leagues in the United States. The team is managed by the Carolina RailHawks of the North American Soccer League.
