The 2013 UC Davis Aggies football team represented the University of California Davis in the 2013 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by first year head coach Ron Gould and played their home games at Aggie Stadium. They were a member of the Big Sky Conference. They finished the season 5–7 5–3 in Big Sky play to finish in a four way tie for fourth place.
