The 2013 New England Revolution season is the team’s eighteenth year of existence all in Major League Soccer. The team will also participate in the Desert Diamond Cup and Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup. The team opened its season on March 9 at the Chicago Fire and will conclude on October 27 at Columbus Crew. The Revolution made the playoffs for the first time since the 2009 season with a 1-0 win over Columbus in the season finale.
