The 2013 Connecticut Huskies baseball team represented the University of Connecticut in the 2013 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Huskies competed in the Big East Conference and were led by tenth year head coach Jim Penders. UConn played its home games at J.O. Christian Field in Storrs Connecticut. A three game series with Georgetown was moved from Storrs to Hoyas home field Shirley Povich Field in Bethesda Maryland due to weather conditions.
