The 2013 Buffalo Bulls football team represented the University at Buffalo The State University of New York in the 2013 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach Jeff Quinn and played their home games at University at Buffalo Stadium. They completed as a member of the East Division of the Mid-American Conference. They finished the season 8–5 6–2 in MAC play to finish in second place in the East Division.
