The 2013–14 season is Southern Districtn RSA’s 12th competitive season and 2nd consecutive season in the Hong Kong First Division League the top-tier division in Hong Kong football. Southern will compete in the First Division League Senior Challenge Shield and FA Cup in this season.Starting from this season the team is renamed as Royal Southern due to sponsorship reasons.
