The Khazar Lankaran 2013-14 season is Khazar Lankaran’s ninth Azerbaijan Premier League season. It is their first full season with John Toshack as manager. They started the season by competing in the 2013–14 UEFA Europa League reaching the 2nd qualifying round after defeating Sliema Wanderers before losing 0-10 on aggregate to Maccabi Haifa. As runners up in the previous season Azerbaijan Cup Khazar took part in the revamped Azerbaijan Supercup emerging victorious against Neftchi Baku.
