The 2012 Players Championship was a golf tournament on the 2012 PGA Tour contested from May 10–13 at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida. It was the 39th Players Championship and was won by American Matt Kuchar by two strokes over four runners-up.
