The 2012 Jacksonville State Gamecocks football team represented Jacksonville State University in the 2012 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by 13th year head coach Jack Crowe and played their home games at JSU Stadium. They are a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 6–5 5–3 in OVC play to finish in fourth place.
