The 2012 Hawaiʻi Warriors football team represented the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in the 2012 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by first year head coach Norm Chow and played their home games at Aloha Stadium. They were first year members of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 3–9 1–7 in Mountain West play to finish in a tie for ninth place.
