The 2011 Albany Great Danes football team represented the University at Albany SUNY in the 2011 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Great Danes were led by 39th year head coach Bob Ford and played their home games at University Field. They are a member of the Northeast Conference. They finished the season 8–4 7–1 in NEC play to share the conference championship with Duquesne.
