The 2011–12 FC Shakhtar Donetsk season involves the club competing in the 2011 Ukrainian Super Cup 2011–12 Ukrainian Premier League 2011–12 Ukrainian Cup and 2011–12 UEFA Champions League. Shakhtar won the league title for the third year in a row and for the seventh time in the history of the Ukrainian Premier League. They also won the Ukrainian Cup for the second year in a row marking their eighth success in the Cup. They defeated Metalurh Donetsk 2-1 in the Final.
