The 2010 Savannah State Tigers football team represented Savannah State University in American football. The Tigers were members of the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision as a first year member of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC). The Tigers entered the 2010 season seeking its first winning season since joining Division I-AA in 2000. The Tigers ended the season with a 1–10 record. The Tigers last winning season was in 1998 as a member of the NCAA Division II.
