The 2010 NIU Huskies football team represented Northern Illinois University in the college football season of 2010. They compete in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) college football during the football season. NIU competed as a member of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) West Division. They were coached by Jerry Kill (3rd Season) and played their home games at Huskie Stadium.
