The 2009 Tulsa Golden Hurricane football team represented the University of Tulsa in the 2009 NCAA Division I FBS college football season. The Golden Hurricane led by 3rd year head coach Todd Graham played their home games at Skelly Field at H.A. Chapman Stadium. Tulsa finished the season 5–7 3–5 in CUSA play and failed to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2004.
