The 2009 Boise State Broncos football team represented Boise State University in the 2009 college football season. The Broncos played their home games at Bronco Stadium most famous for its blue artificial turf surface often referred to as the smurf-turf. They completed the regular season undefeated (13–0) their second consecutive unbeaten regular season and fourth in the last six years (2004 2006 2008 2009) and won the WAC title for the seventh time in the last eight years.
