The 2008 Delaware Fightin’ Blue Hens football team represented the University of Delaware in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) college football in its eighth season as a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).K.C. Keeler served as head coach in his seventh season since replacing the legendary Tubby Raymond. Since he took over in 2002 Keeler had twice brought the Blue Hens to the FCS championship game and won in 2003.
